ANIMALS
As we strive to make our event accessible and enjoyable for all attendees, we proudly support the inclusion of service animals. Service animals play a crucial role in assisting individuals with disabilities, ensuring they can fully experience the vibrant atmosphere and thrilling activities of the rodeo. Please review our guidelines to ensure a safe and comfortable visit for you and your service animal.
All non-rodeo animals are prohibited from Newport Rodeo grounds with the exception of certified service animals.
Service animals are allowed but not emotional support animals.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Newport Rodeo will allow photography and digital image capture of the rodeo for private and personal use, as long as this activity does not interfere with the ability of other spectators to view the rodeo and the photographer does not occupy seats he or she has not purchased. Camera bags (unless clear), camera tripods, monopods, or single purpose video cameras are not permitted (see prohibited bags and items above).
Any commercial use or distribution without the express written consent of Newport Rodeo and/or the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) is strictly prohibited.
You may use photographs or digital images obtained from the Newport Rodeo solely for private or personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any other use, including for any commercial, issue advocacy or fundraising purposes, is strictly prohibited without our express prior written consent. Systematic retrieval of images from the rodeo, whether to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection or compilation is prohibited absent our express prior written consent.
Our goal has been and continues to be to prevent the unauthorized use of Newport Rodeo imagery for commercial use, profit generation or the promotion of organizations and agendas unrelated to the Tucson Rodeo. As a result, photography for personal use is welcomed.
